- Social Security
Quantier matches or exceeds every dollar you contribute to Social Security. - Workers Compensation
During working hours with Quantier you are protected by this coverage against loss of income and certain medical expenses, which could result from a work related accident. The cost of this coverage is covered 100 percent by the company. - Consultant Initiated Client Opportunity
Bonus
Recognizing that IT professionals are often alert to business opportunities, Quantier provides incentive to our consultants to communicate useful information to the appropriate person(s) in a timely manner. Should the opportunity materialize into business for Quantier, we will gratefully reward the initiator with a bonus of $1,000.00 120 days after business has commenced. This bonus is applicable to a new client. A new client would be a client that is not currently being billed by Quantier - Employee Benefit Banking
Special arrangements have been made through Fifth Third bank for employee banking. At some point in the future, we will list those benefits here. - Employee referral bonus
We encourage our consultants to refer Quantier to highly qualified professionals who are interested in joining a progressive service organization. Quantier will pay a $1000.00 bonus for each individual referred by you, who are ultimately hired. The bonus will be paid in full after the referred consultant has been placed at a client site for 5 months and is contingent upon both of you remaining as employees during this period. - Bench Time
Company offers, for each week of bench time, 20 hours at your current hourly rate. - Holidays
No Holidays are paid at present. Quantier pays a higher hourly wage in Lieu of paid Holidays. Quantier may provide this benefit in the future. - Vacations
No vacations are paid at present. Quantier pays a higher hourly wage in Lieu of paid vacations. Quantier may provide this benefit in the future. - Miscellaneous
